Want to try something different for summer? Now’s your chance. We're teaming up with Northants Pilates to run some Movement and Mindfulness classes.
Put simply, it’s a lovely, gentle 45-minute movement class to open up joints, stretch out and release the tensions of the day, followed by a 45-minute mindfulness taster session giving you an opportunity to experience some short mindfulness meditation practices. Or simply a chance to take a breath!

How to book
Booking is via Northants Pilates. You don’t have to be a member of Northants Pilates to join in, but you will be asked to register for a free account and to fill in a short health questionnaire. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
