You have a choice of three different locations in Northamptonshire
Mindfulness courses are available in three different venues, as well as your workplace
The Shoe Factory, Rushden is home to Jazz School UK. Owned by Nick Weldon and Andra Sparks, it's our lovely Rushden venue. Nick and Andra are renowned jazz musicians who live and work here running jazz workshops for all abilities throughout the year for musicians and singers alike. The light and airy space is conducive to mindfulness practise.
