Mindfulness could really help you to step back, take a pause and can also help in the following ways:

  • coping better with distress and difficulties

  • savouring life more, develop more of a sense of flourishing

  • helping focus attention, being more aware of the many distractions that pull us away from where we want our minds to be.

We find the additional focus on art is a really enjoyable way of helping develop these skills, so we hope you can join us on this 3-week mini course.
